I work with our recruiting team to grow their competencies and drive a first-class candidate and customer experience. One of my goals is to ensure our candidates’ skills and experience are always aligned with a role they can thrive in. I graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh with a BA in Retail Business Management and earlier this year gained my SPHR. My roles have always focused on developing people and processes and I am passionate about supporting organizations and peoples success through finding actionable patterns in complexity.
I’m Irish and moved to Seattle in 2016 after a decade in Scotland however, I have yet to shake my accent! I was fortunate to find my role at Parker shortly after my move, working with a team that supports each other both personally and professionally certainly made the transition to a new city easier. Outside of work I enjoy running (slowly), hiking, and exploring the city with friends- especially its multitude of restaurants and bars. However, I am rarely happier than when curled up with a good book; the Seattle Public Library gives access to so many that it easily tops the list as my favorite spot in the city.
