How I Help You

My role as a staffing leader has always been about providing the best possible guidance and support to clients and candidates. I truly value the impact that meaningful employment can have on individuals and communities—especially diverse and marginalized populations. My goal is that your experience with Parker will be honest, transparent, and helpful, no matter who you connect with on our team.

A Short Bio

While I grew up in the Seattle area, I spent the early part of my career on the East Coast as a director/producer in the performing arts. I accepted my first recruiting position for a national staffing firm when I returned to Seattle in 2006, and eventually joined Parker in 2011. I stepped away in 2017 to do something totally different and spent a few years as a marketing consultant in the technology sector. But the universe wasn’t done with me yet when it came to staffing, and in 2019 I was offered an opportunity to return to Parker.

I’m definitely a city girl at heart, but I love the PNW. I can often be found in the great outdoors trail running or in a local coffee shop furiously attempting to string silly sentences together for sci-fi readers. My other passion project is EmpathyINC–a startup focused on teaching and promoting empathy and compassion in today’s workplaces.
