Coaching and Training Manager
As the Coaching and Training Manager at Parker Staffing, my role is to support our clients and our amazing Parker staff as we ensure that the development needs that enable success are being met. My 45 plus years of leadership experience in telecommunications and call center environments has driven me to understand that the customer, employee and client are the most valuable assets an organization can have. I am passionate about the success of others through the vehicle of coaching and motivation, and I am here for you.
I am a native Connecticut who appreciates seeing all four seasons in a 48-hour span of time. I am known for my love of football and food but is also crazy about baking in my spare time to give others just a “Little Taste of Heaven”. I find joy in spending time with my grandchildren, family, and friends.
