Now Hiring for jobs at Costco

Parker Staffing Services has partnered with Costco to staff a select team of Member Service Agents in contract-to-hire roles. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor at Costco corporate!

Merchandising is the lifeblood of our client, and the business is centered on warehouse operations. Most employees begin their careers in the warehouse setting, becoming experts in merchandising and operations. However, the company also offers diverse career opportunities in many other areas, such as Accounting, Buying, Marketing, Journalism, Information Systems, and Human Resources, to name a few. To build these teams, our client needs support from very talented people. That’s where you come in as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you would field telephone calls and member-facing chats to provide information, research online issues, provide assistance with website navigation, problem-solve with each caller, and advocate for our client’s members in a friendly and efficient manner.

The role starts at $15.50/hour and is eligible for conversion from contract to a permanent employee. Parking is available at their headquarters in Issaquah, Washington.
