Though she’s only been the Front Desk Coordinator for this healthcare-based nonprofit for a few short months, Parker contractor, Courtney, has made a great impact on the organization. In addition to tackling the regular front desk duties, Courtney has managed client records, assisted with staff office moves and greatly helped the organization in their goal to go paperless.
PUTTING THE CLIENT FIRST MAKES COURTNEY STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
Though Courtney has taken on many responsibilities, she still manages to put the clients’ needs first. When we asked her manager, Niki, why she believed Courtney deserved to be named a PBody winner, she answered without hesitation:
“Courtney has taken on a range of duties since she joined us. She quickly grasped front desk coordination duties and adapts to the workflow on any given day. In the short time she’s been here she has oriented a new permanent hire, assisted with event prep, synthesized data from our annual event, assembled data for our contracts, helped with office moves and made progress with our ongoing efforts to go paperless. She puts the clients first. All of our staff enjoy working with Courtney. ”
INTEGRITY AND RESPONSIBILITY ARE KEY VALUES FOR THIS SEATTLE FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
There’s no doubt that Courtney embodies all of the Parker values, but two that stick out most are Integrity and Responsibility. It’s clear that Courtney has gone above and beyond the call of duty as a Front Desk Coordinator, taking on responsibilities like orienting a new permanent hire and assisting with event preparations. She will absolutely be missed, by both Parker & our client, when she leaves us for the East Coast in August!
Congratulations Courtney! We are proud to call you a Parker contractor and PBody winner. If you ever do make it back here to the Puget Sound, you are always welcome back at Parker!
