In this dynamic role, you’ll connect with travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals nationwide – particularly in long-term care, allied health, and nursing specialities.

What Your Day Brings:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through high-volume outreach and phone-based recruiting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers from first contact through placement, with a focus on retention and a positive experience.
  • Actively pursue qualified leads and source candidates to fill open positions at healthcare facilities across the country.
  • Conduct screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and partner with Account Managers to place caregivers in suitable roles.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team goals related to calls, placements, and caregiver engagement.
  • Explore and apply creative recruiting tactics to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a supportive, team-oriented work culture.
  • Comply with all internal guidelines.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Individuals from all backgrounds – including recent college graduates – are encouraged to apply.
  • Upbeat, hard-working, and ready to learn with a team-first attitude.
  • Organized and goal-driven with strong time management and a competitive edge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, text, and in-person.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced, goal driven environment.
