What You’ll Do (aka How You’ll Win):
- Own your success with high-volume outreach, selling opportunities to healthcare professionals via phone, text, email, and social platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with caregivers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Source, screen, and close top-tier candidates for a variety of open roles at healthcare facilities nationwide.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to quickly fill open needs and ensure seamless placements.
- Crush your goals with a competitive, metrics-driven approach (calls, placements, revenue, etc.).
- Innovate your outreach—think outside the box to attract talent in a crowded market.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions-focused attitude.
- Thrive in a team-oriented, upbeat, and success-driven culture.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- A strong interest or background in sales, recruiting, or customer relationship roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but hustle and coachability are what we value most.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to grow with a “hunter” mentality.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills across phone, email, and text.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to multitask with ease in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and learning new technology platforms.
