On Thursday, August 3rd the Parker team flocked to Safeco Field to take part in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s (PSBJ) Washington’s Best Workplaces celebration. Each year, the PSBJ celebrates 80 best-of-the-best workplaces in Washington State in four categories, based on company size: 10-49 Employees, 50-99 Employees, 100-249 Employees, and 250+ Employees.
Because we were nominated by an internal employee, we were asked to complete a company-wide survey conducted by Quantum Workplaces. Using that survey data, PSBJ chose to honor the top 20 scoring companies in each of the four categories.
This was Parker’s 5th consecutive year making the list. We are honored to stand beside other outstanding Best Workplaces including: Walsh Construction, 1st Security Bank, Moss Adams, and Archbright.
The Culture Behind Washington’s Best Workplaces
Puget Sound Business Journal reported that it’s not work that makes a Best Workplace, it’s the culture. “The 80 companies on this year’s Best Workplaces lists reflect the true value in cultivating a healthy office culture.”
