Parker Staffing Corona Virus Response

To our clients and contract staff –

As concern over the Coronavirus increases, we wanted to share with you some information regarding how Parker Staffing has been responding and provide some guidance as to how we will be proceeding.

If a client closes its office in response to the virus, Parker contractors are to reach out to our Director of Operations, Cory Snively. Our clients should feel free to direct any questions they receive from their Parker staff to Cory. Please continue to approve timecards as normal. In addition, we are happy to work with you if you’d like to have our Parker contractor work remotely during your closure. Let your Business Development Manager know and we can work with you to make sure our contractors have the proper equipment to work remotely. Regarding scheduling interviews for any open job orders, we would like to offer our clients the option of conducting the interview virtually over webcam. We can also conduct any meetings we may have scheduled virtually as well if that is your preference.

For our contractors, please know that Parker Staffing is fully set up to run remotely, so we do not expect any disruptions in terms of recruitment or payroll. Payday will not be impacted, so continue to submit timecards as normal. Regarding your health, if you are experiencing symptoms potentially related to the coronavirus, do not go into work. Call into the sick line at 206-447-9447 and if it is your immediate on-site supervisor’s preference, reach out to them as well.
