Parker Staffing Services has been partnering with Nintendo of America for nearly 20 years, providing them with high quality seasonal and long-term talent to support their vital customer care and quality assurance teams. We are working closely with the Nintendo of America Contact Center to hire Consumer Service Representatives to assist consumers with a variety of calls related to their Nintendo products.

Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour
What would make me an ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone who harbors a love for Nintendo products. If you have that warm and fuzzy feeling when you think of characters like Mario, Kirby, and Samus Aran, we want to talk to you! A commitment to customer service and learning new technical skills are also key to being successful here, as Consumer Service Representatives can and will be adapting to new responsibilities and skills based on consumer demand.
What are my core duties in this role?
Consumer Service Representatives provide tier one support for Nintendo gaming systems. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting consumers (both adults and children) with setting up and/or using their Nintendo gaming system(s).
- Troubleshooting connection problems
- Answering consumer questions regarding the online features of their Nintendo game systems.
- Documenting and forwarding consumer comments and feedback
What requirements should I meet to be considered?
We ask that all candidates pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. In addition, candidates must be able to work December 26th-31st, along with a willingness to work extra hours around all holidays, if needed. To be considered, candidates must also be free to work both weekend days, and offer flexibility as schedules can change weekly. Nintendo and Parker also require all associates to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon hire.
Nintendo associates are also required to take a mandatory, consecutive eight-week break in service after 48 consecutive weeks on the job before they are eligible to return for another 48-week period.
