Parker Staffing Services is working with our hometown hero, Costco, on staffing their corporate call center. Currently, we have over 30 openings for Member Services Agent positions that will start on March 28th. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the corporate door and work at Costco in their headquarters in Issaquah, WA.
Costco’s call center hours are from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday & Saturday 8am-5pm, and Member Service Agents must be available for shifts during these hours and days. Depending on call volume, the weekly hours for this position would be 24-40, with a pay rate of $12.50 / hour. To Work at Costco as a Member Services Agent, your Responsibilities will Include…
- Answering general member service questions or concerns regarding membership and product information.
- Completing and submitting payment information via form for renewal transactions and membership changes.
- Researching membership concerns and updating account information accordingly.
- Sending information and marketing materials to members.
- Acting as customer support liaison for credit card partners.
No Previous Call Center Experience Required
To be considered, you must be able to type 30 words per minute, possess basic computer skills, have a passion for helping people, and hold the ability to communicate well in written and verbal settings.
