We can’t wait to get you started with Parker at Nintendo! As a member of the Consumer Services team, you will serve as the front line support for gamers who have questions about their latest Animal Crossing purchase or setting up their Nintendo account on the Switch. Parker employees will be providing voice, chat, and email support!
These positions are 100% remote. Computers are sanitized and provided to you before you start training. Training consists of a 3-week paid course led by Nintendo and Parker supervisors. You’ll need a private space at home, a reliable internet connection, and you must be a resident of Washington State.
No long applications here! In roughly 20 minutes, you can take our assessments to see if you have the background to join the Parker team at Nintendo. Once you pass, it’s on to the next level, where you will meet with a Parker recruiter for a short video interview.
